The 2025 Capital Athletics Cross Country Championships at Stromlo Forest Park on 28 June will feature a 4x1000m relay event for the first time!
This non-championship event is designed to encourage participation and enjoyment in cross country running. It’s open to all Corroboree members (including adult athletes with a 'community' registration), and we’d love to see multiple teams of four, made up of athletes across genders and age groups. You can even enter as a family team if you have four registered family members!
The cost for entering the relay is $10 per athlete ($40/team as set by Capital Athletics). The club will collect these fees and register the teams with Capital Athletics.
Use the form below to register and pay for the relay. You have the choice of creating a team (with up to three other Corroboree athletes), or just asking to be added to a team. We will combine with other clubs if we have any gaps so no one misses out.

Athletes can also choose to compete in the individual Cross Country Championship events, ranging from 500m for U6 up to 10km for Open. Registration is directly with Capital Athletics, via their event portal - entries close 12pm Tuesday 24 June.
Who: All Corroboree athletes who had a registration in the 2024-25 season. Age groups are as per last season.
